Design: Safe & Sexy
The Gozney Roccbox revolutionized the portable market. Its signature feature is the silicone "safe-touch" jacket(available in the iconic green or stealth grey). It gets warm, but it won't instantly brand your skin like a bare metal oven, making it ideal for parties with kids or drunk friends.
It sits on three retractable legs, making it compact to store. The built-in heavy stone floor is fixed, which helps with heat retention but adds to the weight.
Performance: Rolling Flame Technology
Gozney's engineering lineage (they build commercial commercial ovens) shows here. The flame is engineered to "roll" across the roof of the oven, mimicking a traditional brick oven's thermal profile.
- Consistency: It holds heat aggressively. You can churn out pizza after pizza without waiting ages for the stone to reheat.

It's 20kg, so "portable" is a relative term, but it's movable.
The Roccbox feels indistructable. It's a professional tool shrunken down. If you want a pizza oven that you can throw in the boot of the car for a camping trip but still cook better than your local Italian, this is it.
